Water supply to the house will be from 2 sources - a rain water tank and bore water. Rain water would be used for drinking, while bore water will be for everything else. Quotes will need to specify where the connection point will be to the water tanks i.e. a connection point in XX size XXm from the house.
Waste will be connected to a septic tank system (2 tanks) and leach drains, with a diversion box. Quotes will need to specify house drainage layout and connection points to the septic system.
There will be a solar HWS installed by others, but feel free to quote this as an option.
Tap hardware, WC's, shower roses etc will be supplied and fitted by others.
