Construction to Lock-Up

Construct kit supplied to lock-up stage. Includes

• Construction of kit as supplied, as per plans provided
• Installing external doors and prefabricated windows as supplied by others.
• Roof, outside walls, flashing, guttering connected to rainwater tanks.
• Internal ceiling frame.
• Frames for internal walls and doorframes.

Cladding of internal walls and ceiling will be done by others. Feel free to quote on the option of installing the ceiling.

Accommodation is available on an adjacent property (200m away), consisting of:

• a clean 3 berth caravan (double + single)
• powered shed with 1 bedroom, hot and cold running water, toilet and shower
• fridge, microwave, gas BBQ, and electric grill
