At the moment the power is at the SW corner of the property, approx. 50m from the house. Trenching will be by others.
House electrics need to allow for a SHW system with electric booster, future solar PV system, pumps to water tanks.
Quotes should contain as much detail about inclusions and exclusions as possible.
