We are building a 4 x 2 Steel-Framed Kit Home in Bejoording, about 23km North of Toodyay in WA. Bejoording is a townsite consisting of 2 - 20 acre 'hobby farms' on cleared land previously used for broadacre farming. It is just over 100km from Perth CBD. Plans were submitted to the Shire early July 2013, and are waiting approval. At this stage we are seeking quotes for the various elements of the job. Construction is still several months away.
